IMPORTANT INFO

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLING AND NO-SHOWS:
At FaceTime we have a 24hour cancellation policy in place. When you make a booking with us, we commit the time and skills of our highly trained therapists to take care of your skin. This means that if you cannot make your appointment, you need to let us know at least 24hours beforehand that you’re not able to come in and we can move your appointment to a more suitable time. This also gives us reasonable time to fill the vacant spot.

We will endeavour to fill your appointment time with another client should you not be able to give us 24hours notice. However, this time has been allocated to you and so in case of being given insufficient notice or failure to turn up for a scheduled appointment, this will result in a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost.

As a courtesy to you, every effort is made to confirm all booked appointments outside of our 24hour time frame, which means if you do need to change a booking you can do so without incurring a fee. We send out reminders in the form of text messages, email and phone calls. We ask that you respond to our reminders ASAP to confirm your appointment with us.

LATE ARRIVALS:
At FaceTime we ask that you arrive at the clinic with plenty of time to relax and unwind prior to your appointment. This will also allow time should you be required to complete a consultation or consent form without cutting into your treatment time.

Wherever possible, appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will constitute a reduced treatment time and will result in customizing your treatment to fit the remaining time available. In most cases the full price will still be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you without inconveniencing another client, we may need to rebook your appointment, which may attract a fee.

PAYMENT AND TREATMENT CHARGES:
All prices are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. All treatments and products must be paid for on the day of service or prior. We accept payment in the form of cash, EFTpos, major credit cards and authentic FaceTime Gift Vouchers.

PRIVACY POLICY:
You, our clients, are very important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and respect the trust you place in us when providing us with your personal information. We will not sell any information that personally identifies you to any other third-party. If you are listed on our database, we do occasionally send out exciting promotions and interesting information to ensure you are up to date and don’t miss out on the current offers. Rest assured, we won’t be spamming your email account or congesting your letterbox. We aim to make everything we send out to you as engaging and relevant as possible.

COURIER SERVICE:
If you find it difficult to visit FaceTime to purchase your skincare products or Gift Vouchers, we offer a nation-wide courier delivery service. Packing and delivery of items is $10 delivered anywhere in NZ. Phone us or email us to arrange an order you’d like delivered. We take credit card payments over the phone, these details are not recorded or kept on file.
